Known for her empathetic and practical counselling approach, Dr. Pastey creates a safe and confidential environment where individuals can openly discuss their concerns and develop confidence, resilience, and clarity in life. As an academician, she has actively contributed to teaching, mentoring, and guiding students, bridging psychological knowledge with real-life applications.
